Doc 1981-
Doc is a 28yr old Belgian Draft gelding. He belonged to our grandfather, he bought Doc when he was about 2yrs old. He broke and worked Doc for about 17yrs. He sold Doc because he was not doing alot of farm work and he started raising colts. From time to time we ran into Docs new owner and he said that Doc was doing well. He was hauling manure once a week and light farm mowing. As years passed we lost touch with his new owner. Approximately 10yrs later Me and my sister Mary were at T & M Horse Sale in Smiths Grove,KY. Mary recognized him, and decided to bring him home on August 23,2008. From now on Docs schedule consist of eating sweet feed 2 times a day and as much hay as he likes, sleeping aslong as he likes, FULL pasture turnout unless bad weather, and LOTS LOTS of TLC!
